Inpatient Detox Programs

Inpatient Detox Programs

Inpatient detox programs such as those at California Recovery offer a safe and comfortable place for residents to go through the stages of withdrawal. Drug and alcohol treatment is the most successful way to break the cycle of addiction and start down the road of recovery. Many people suffering from drug addiction and alcohol abuse desperately want sobriety. Our inpatient detox programs provide a safe place to give them that chance.

Inpatient Detox ProgramsTrying to rebuild your life can seem overwhelming at times. Waking up every morning determined to stop drinking. Only to drink again by dark. Then going to sleep or “passing out” with a list of responsibilities that didn’t get complicated. The next morning you tell yourself, “today will be different.” Then “coming to” with the list of things that were left undone even longer.

If you are struggling with substance abuse problems, you don’t have to do it alone. Why not surround yourself with a team of professionals and a peer group that is on your side from the first day? Our experienced staff will do everything they can to comfort you and help ease the symptoms of the detox.

Our programs offer those with substance abuse issues a chance at a fresh start for a bright and promising future. The foundation you will build with us will be priceless. The price you are now paying is to high, depression, hopelessness, helplessness, disappointment, frustration and despair. You will find that through our program you can begin a new life that is happy, joyous and free.

Upon intake to one of our inpatient detox programs you will be assessed by one of our CAADAC qualified counselors. As soon as you come through the door you will be under 24 hour supervision. This will continue until the detox is under control and there are no signs that medical attention will be necessary.

While still within the 10 day detox phase of our programInpatient Detox Programs Image you will begin to take part in our day by day activities. You will be introduced to the groups, the counseling and the fellowship. You will be assigned a case manager who will do a full Addiction Severity Index Assessment. This will help them create an individualized treatment plan so that the counselors and staff know how best to help you. This will determine which of our inpatient addiction detox programs is best suited to your needs.

The counselors will help you begin to fill your tool box with the tools necessary. To teach you not pick up the first drink or drug for that is the most dangerous. Without a defense the first drink is taken, the drink takes a drink, then the drink takes you. Some of the tools you will acquire are patience, persistence, dependability, reliability and the ability to accept change.
