Residential Treatment Centers

Residential Treatment Centers

Residential treatment centers provide a safe place for men and women new in recovery. Our women’s program was established 15 years ago to provide a safe haven for women looking to start a sober life. We now have four houses and can help up to thirty-four women. Our men’s program has been helping men break free of a life of drugs and alcohol for over 10 years. Within the last year it has expanded from four to five houses and can provide a program of recovery for up to fifty-four men.

Residential Treatment Centers ImageOur residential treatment centers provide a complete solution to alcohol abuse and drug addiction. We begin with one of our 7-10 day detox programs. This is followed by 30-90 days in our residential program. We encourage our residents to stay with us. Continuing their new sober life in one of our sober living homes after completion of the treatment phase.

Our residential treatment centers are 12-step driven. We emphasize sponsorship and fellowship in recovery from alcohol and drugs. We know through our own experience that no one can get and stay sober on their own. Sobriety requires the help of others. The structured environment of our residential treatment centers helps rebuild a consciousness of morals and values.

The day starts off with morning meditation in each house then breakfast andResidential Treatment Centers chores. Then all the houses come together at our main facility. Here they have lunch and 4-5 groups. These groups include group counseling, process groups, relapse prevention and 12-step meetings. Each client will have at least 2 individual counseling sessions per week. Though there is always a counselor that they can speak to if they need more sessions. The residents then return home for dinner and free time. They go to an evening outside meeting our facility with staff chaperones. After the final meeting of the day each house processes what they have learned.

On Saturdays the men and women have separate morning groups. They then have a free day to reflect on what they have learned over the week. This is the day when residents from other houses will come over. Alumni also come to fellowship on the weekends. Each house attends a meeting Saturday night with other residential treatment centers in the area.
